Sum Among Us
Solve Number Puzzles With Colorful Crewmates
Sum Among Us is a math puzzle game where you arrange groups of little crewmates to complete addition challenges. The characters look like the ones from Among Us, but this game focuses on numbers and logical thinking instead of finding impostors.
The screen contains colored areas with target numbers. Your job is to place groups of crewmates inside these areas until their totals match the numbers shown.
The game includes 60 levels, and the puzzles become more challenging as you progress.
Arrange Crewmates to Match the Numbers
At the bottom of the screen, you see groups containing different numbers of crewmates.
You need to drag these groups into the colored areas.
For example, imagine that one area needs a total of 10. A group of 4 crewmates and another group of 6 would give you the correct answer.
The challenge becomes harder when colored areas overlap. A group placed in an overlapping space can count toward two different totals.
You must think about how moving one group affects the other areas.
Make Every Colored Area Add Up Correctly
Each level has several target numbers that you need to match.
You cannot complete the puzzle by solving only one area. Every colored region must have the correct total.
Try starting with areas that do not overlap. These are usually easier to solve.
Once you complete the simpler sections, focus on the spaces shared between two colored areas.
Some later levels give you extra crewmate groups that you do not need. You can complete those puzzles without using every available piece.
How to Play Sum Among Us
Use your mouse to drag crewmate groups from the bottom of the screen into the playing area.
On a touchscreen, use your finger to move the pieces.
You can also remove a group after placing it. This lets you change your arrangement and try another solution.
There is no time limit, and you can make as many moves as you need.
Complete a level to unlock the next one. You can also return to previously completed puzzles.
Practice Addition and Logical Thinking
Sum Among Us helps you understand how numbers work together.
The overlapping areas make you think beyond simple addition. You need to work out how one group affects several totals.
Take your time and check the numbers after each move. Moving a single group can sometimes solve more than one problem.
With 60 levels and no countdown timer, Sum Among Us gives children plenty of time to experiment with numbers and find the correct arrangements.
