About the Game.
The educational game aims at teaching children about asthma triggers and causes enabling them to identify and avoid them. Select the play button located in the lower right corner of the welcome screen To start. Opening with a narration cutscene that lays out The game’s concept and controls The game’s mechanics.
Although the game can be played with a touchscreen it is optimized for desktop controls. Players can move the mouse to navigate through the game and left-click to grab the asthma triggers On a desktop.
The game’s interface is engaging and informative. The bottom right meter shows your progress through the level. Your current score can be viewed at the bottom center and the bottom left shows Your rank and the type of trigger present in the level.
Gameplay centers on collecting different asthma triggers – airborne particulates that can induce asthma attacks. Pet dander pollen dust mites mold spores and secondhand smoke are some of the culprits. In The introduction cutscene The origins of these triggers are explained. This aim is to gather as much of these triggers as they enter The lungs to prevent an attack on The lungs. Each missed trigger causes the lung walls to close covered with mucus to close in.
During Each playthrough a round of 5 levels is played. A total of 5 additional ranks can be achieved if you complete a round of elevating your rank. The allergy triggers move at increasing speeds As you progress.
Your goal is to get to the end of the level without closing the lung walls completely. After Successfully completing a level an animation displaying your full score for that level will be displayed. The cumulative score of Each trigger is worth 10 points this allows a maximum score of 150 points per level and 750 points per round.
